This website, BIBLETALK.JP, is an extension of the Tuesday Evening Bible Study at Tokyo Baptist Church. In the Tuesday Evening Bible Study, three things have stayed the same over the years: (1) the Bible, (2) Tuesday Evening, and (3) Tokyo Baptist Church. The way in which we have studied the Bible has also been fairly constant — i.e. we pick a book and study it, verse by verse, for however long that takes, without skipping over anything.
While we preserve those traditions, we have gradually incorporated new methods and technologies in the class. We now make a video recording of each week’s class and upload it to YouTube within the week following each class.
We also link to the notes prepared for our class and other Bible study resources. We hope this material will be useful to you, whether or not you are able to attend our class.
